1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the joua9 platform — whether through the website at joua9.fun, the joua9 App, or any other joua9-operated interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 3 Account Registration

To use the joua9 platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. joua9 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal and must not be shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact joua9 support immediately.

joua9 may at its discretion ask you to complete identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. KYC documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on joua9 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). joua9 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet options as listed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being held or returned pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• joua9 does not charge a deposit fee on its side. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside joua9's control.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your joua9 balance within a few minutes. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on banking network processing times.
• joua9 reserves the right to limit deposit methods or amounts available to a specific account based on verification status or risk assessment.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the right ful owner of those funds.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on joua9 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. If your original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, joua9 support will advise on an alternative method linked to your verified identity.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name. joua9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 24 to 72 hours on business days, depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
• joua9 may request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before approving a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that are fully cleared are eligible for withdrawal.

joua9 reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, joua9 will notify the account holder and may request supporting documentation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bets placed after a market closes are void and will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joua9 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of any balance where applicable:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets or account activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known error must be returned. Discovery of a bug should be reported to joua9 support immediately.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider after placing bets or claiming bonuses.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at joua9 staff or other platform users.
• Using the joua9 platform for any purpose related to money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

joua9 monitors accounts and activity patterns for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is detected, joua9 will take appropriate action, which may include withholding funds pending investigation and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

joua9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud or abuse of promotional offers.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
